High density polyethylene HDPE pipe lining repair technology

Process characteristics: This technology uses high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe as the lining material to repair the pipeline lining. The lining plays a role in sealing, anti-corrosion, reducing resistance, and increasing pressure. This technology construction basically does not affect the traffic, roads, structures, etc. above the pipeline. The length of the inner lining is greater than 1000m. The surface of the inner lining layer is smooth and resistant to acid, alkali, and salt corrosion. It is mainly used for repairing the inner lining of pressure pipelines for various media such as water supply, fire water, and petroleum.

U-shaped HDPE pipe interlaced lining process

The U-shaped HDPE pipe insertion lining method is to fold the HDPE pipe into a U-shape, reduce the diameter and insert it into the original pipe, and then use hot steam or air to restore it to a circular shape. The inner lining pipe is tightly attached to the original pipe to form a composite structure pipe. The inner lining layer has a smooth surface and is resistant to acid, alkali, and salt corrosion.

Interlining process of O-shaped HDPE pipe

The O-shaped HDPE pipe insertion lining method is to shrink the HDPE pipe into a reduced diameter O-shaped pipe through a reducing machine and thread it into the original pipeline. Then, using the shape memory function of HDPE material, it has good memory shrinkage ability and can automatically restore to the original diameter. The inner lining pipe and the original pipeline are tightly adhered to form a composite structure pipe.
