Construction technology of duplex top pull pipe
Process features: Following the original old pipeline, using anchor rods and expansion heads, the damaged pipeline is stretched open and pulled back and forth, and the repair pipe is sent to the original pipe position to achieve the purpose of repair. After repair, the new pipe can independently bear the load and pressure, with reliable sealing and a service life of up to 50 years.

Standard construction process
1. Preliminary investigation: CCTV robot detects diseases, locates, measures diameter and models.
2. Equipment setup: excavate working wells at both ends and install top/pull equipment.
3. Old pipe treatment: Implement pipe cracking/expansion and construct construction channels.
4. New pipe laying: Short pipes (1-6 meters/section) are topped/pulled section by section, and sealed by welding/rubber rings/locks.
5. Completion acceptance: CCTV re inspection, cooperation with closed water/air pressure and flow testing, qualified delivery.
